Report an adverse event
If you wish to report an adverse event or product complaint directly to Mölnlycke Health Care- which you or someone you know has experienced, please fill out the form to the right of this webpage or call the customer service office nearest you listed in our contact directory. If you contact customer service by E-mail, please write "Adverse Event Report" in the E-mail subject heading.
Any information passed onto us will be strictly confidential and will be handled by a specialist team.
Once a report has been made, you will be contacted by us to confirm reciept of your report.
Should you experience any further undesirable affects when using Mölnlycke Health Care products, please consult your general practitioner or physician for further advice. If you require immediate medical attention, please contact your local emergency services.
